NYC: Jews Say No! – Planned Protests

From Jews Say No!  Received by email – 17 Oct 2009

As many of you know, Jews Say No! has been standing on 79th and Broadway with our signs and leaflets. We want to continue to make our voices heard saying NO! to the Israeli occupation and brutality; YES! to the Goldstone report and to truth-tellers, NO! to the siege of Gaza; and YES to justice for the Palestinian people.

We hope you will join us in two upcoming places:

1) We will stand on 79th and Broadway (NE corner) from 5:30 – 6:30 on Thursday, Oct. 29th.

2) We will be standing in front of the 92nd Street Y (92nd and Lex) from 7-8 P.M. on Sat., Nov. 21st when Alan Dershowitz comes to the Y. We think it is particularly important for us to be there demonstrating a very different perspective than the unconscionable one he espouses.

We really hope you can join us! The more of us standing together, the more powerful our collective voice.  Please wear black if you can. Allies are more than welcome.

(And if you haven’t yet signed the <strong><a href=”http://www.petitiononline.com/UNreport/petition.html” target=”_blank”>open letter in support of the Goldstone report</a></strong>, you can do that.

Thanks so much,
Jews Say No!
